KABUL’s Salvation Path Council has raised objections to efforts by top US negotiator Zalmay Khalilzad for reconciliation.
The council alleged the American special envoy for Afghan reconciliation was no sincere in his efforts. As a result, it said, the process had become lengthy and complicated.
Khalilzad and the Taliban also held talks with the Taliban during the period.
