KABUL Breshna Shirkat (DABS) and Attorney General Office (AGO) have inked a memorandum of understanding on prosecuting power thieves and those damaging electrical facilities.
A statement from the power utility said Deputy Attorney General Habib Jalal and DABS head Eng. Amanullah Ghalib signed the agreement.
Under the agreement, a joint committee of DABS and AGO officials has been established, with a mandate to identify power stealers across the country.
It said the committee had been tasked to refer power thieves and those damaging facilities . . .
