KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): More than 350 poor families have received food and cash assistance on the eve of the 100th anniversary of Afghanistan’s independence in northern Kunduz province, an official said on Sunday.
Governor Abdul Jabbar Naeemi hailed independence as a legacy of Shah Amanullah Khan and other Afghan leaders’ sacrifices and courage.
