KABUL members on Monday alleged selling and buying votes had put on hold the election to elect members of parliamentary commissions.
The lower house on Saturday elected chiefs, deputies and secretaries of its seven commissions and announced to elect the remaining 10 commissions in two days.
The seven commissions include telecommunications, culture, public health and nationally economy.
