KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) on Sunday signed contracts to implement 61 projects worth 312 million afghanis in 13 provinces of the country.
The contracts were signed between rural rehabilitation and development minister Mujib Rahman Karimi, and representatives of provincial council of the concerned provinces here today.
Karimi said the projects included construction of streams, roads, bridges, culverts, water canals, retaining walls and others.
He said the schemes would be implemented in Baghlan, Badghis, Logar, Herat, Kabul, Kandahar, Khost . . .
