KABUL for helping those affected by natural disasters under an agreement signed on Thursday.
Najib Aqa Fahim, state minister for natural disasters management while signing the agreement, said the assistance would included 11,000 tents, 11,000 tarpaulins, 60,000 blankets and cooking tools.
He said the aid would be distributed to calamity-hit families in 34 provinces of the country.
He said his ministry had implemented 100 projects including retaining walls, irrigation dams, repairing irrigation canals and providing housing facilities to 300 displaced . . .
