KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani has asked both houses of the Parliament to continue holding special sessions until the mid-term budget is passed.
The president issued these orders in a presidential decree, a copy of which has been received by Pajhwok Afghan News.
The decree also directed the Ministry of Finance to provide a comprehensive draft budget to the Parliament for approval.
The Wolesi Jirga or lower house recently rejected the mid-year draft . . .
