HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): At least four people were killed and 30 others were wounded as a result of a bomb explosion in western Herat province late Monday evening, an official said.
Acing police spokesman Farzad Frotan told Pajhwok Afghan News the explosives had been planted on a motorbike that went off in Haji Abbas area of Herat City, the provincial capital, at around 7pm today.
He said four persons were killed and 30 others wounded in the blast. The wounded were said to be in critical condition.
