HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Businessmen from western Herat province and Mary region of Turkmenistan have inked an agreement on establishing three joint factories.
Jilani Farhad, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the governor had signed a three-year economic cooperation agreement with businessmen from Mary province during his recent trip to Turkmenistan.
Based on the contract, investors of Herat and Mary provinces would establish three joint factories in Mary province.
