Around 500 government servants on Thursday gathered in front of the Indian Embassy in Kabul to demand their right.
Ihsanullah Himmat, a statistics department worker from Nangarhar province who had qualified for the master’s scholarship, said India had offered 600 scholarships to government workers.
Speaking on behalf of others in front of the Indian embassy, Himmat said 386 people passed the master’s test and 90 others PhD test.
