KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MoMP) on Saturday signed five contracts for extraction of chromate with representatives of companies.
According to MoMP, chromate mines are located in Charasiab district of Kabul, in Kanjak and Babos areas of Logar, in Koh Safi district of Parwan and Narkh district of Maidan Wardak province.
The five contracts for extraction of these mines were assessed during the last six months and their results shared with the MoMP before being signed today.
