JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Suicide bomber on Wednesday targeted electronic identity cards distribution center followed by a clash in the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, an official said.
AttaullahKhogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told PajhwokAfhgan News the attack happened on e-ID cards center in limits of 3rd police district of Jalalabad City at 1:30pm.
He said security forces had been reached to the area.
Noorullah, an eyewitness, said that gun fires could be also heard in the area after the bombing. More details to follow.
