Afghan, Pakistani U-19 squads to meet in Beijing

PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): U-19 squads from Pakistan are set to play friendly matches in Beijing.

A 12-member Pakistani team, captained by Mohammad Harris Khan, arrived in Beijing on Wednesday evening for friendly matches against the home and Afghanistan U-19.

The Pakistanis, after playing China on October 19, will take on Afghanistan on Sunday. A combined Afghan and Pakistani side will play China on Wednesday.

Aimed at strengthening understanding and friendship among China, Afghanistan and Pakistan, the tour has been arranged by Beijing.
