HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The Afghanistan Independent Human Right Commission (AIHRC) on Sunday said civilian causalities have increased and it would share report about casualties taking place during the past six months.
Shahzad Akbari, AIHRC head, warned during a press conference in western Herat province about the increasing civilian causalities in the conflict.
