LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): A fully-equipped farm for raising scorpions has been built in southern Helmand province, where 18,000 different types of scorpions are kept.
Pir Mohammad, the farm owner, told Pajhwok Afghan News during an interview that he created the farm to prevent the smuggling of Helmand reptile.
He said his farm hosted 18,000 different types of scorpions and he had received training in this profession in Iran.
