KABUL (Pajhwok): The Stability and Partnership election team on Sunday did not allow electoral officials to commence the vote recount and audit process in central Parwan province.
Earlier in the day, the Independent Election Commission announced starting tallying results of September 28 presidential elections in its provincial offices.
The IEC in a statement urged all stakeholders for cooperation. The votes of over 8,200 polling stations will be recounted an audited in the process.
