KABUL (Pajhwok): National Security Advisor (NSA) Hamdullah Mohib on Wednesday discussed peace process and counter-terrorism efforts with Saud Arabia envoy to Kabul Jassim Mohammad Al-Khalidi.
A statement from the NSA media’s office quoted Mohib as saying that Afghan security forces hit hard the Taliban and rebels and liberated vast territories from their control.
Mohib said terrorism posed a detrimental threat to every country and called for cohesive and collective efforts to deal with the phenomenon.
Saudi Arabia envoy Al-Khalidi said his country was willing to cooperate with Afghanistan in both areas of peace and combating terrorism.
