KABUL are scheduled to visit New Delhi next week, says a media report.
EU diplomat Roland Kobia will be in Delhi on the 3rd and 4th of December while Uzbekistan's envoy Irgashev Ismatulla Raimovich will be visiting the Indian capital on Monday and Tuesday.
The visit highlights the role being played by New Delhi, especially in development of Afghanistan, according to WION.
The report said other countries wanted to understand India's view on the future of the war-torn country.
An unnamed source told the media outlet: "India … remains engages with all international partners for an exchange of views."
It also referred to major infrastructure projects that India has executed in Afghanistan, including the parliament building in Kabul and a major dam in Herat province.
India is also expected to launch work on the Shatoot dam in Kabul, for which a geotechnical survey has started.
It has vowed to carry out 116 high-impact community development projects in all 34 provinces of the landlocked country.
In line with its policy, India stoutly backs an Afghan-led, Afghan-owned peace and reconciliation process.
