FIROZKOH (Pajhwok): Da Afghanistan province say they shared list of power defaulters with judiciary organs nine months ago, but the outstanding bills remain unpaid.
Eng. Yasin Norzad, DABS head for Ghor, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the police headquarters, provincial civil hospital and 450 residents owed 18 million afghanis in unpaid power bills.
The unpaid bills of these departments and residents belonged to 1396 and 1397 solar years, he said, adding that the list of defaulters was shared with judiciary organs nine months ago, but the problem . . .
