JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A would-be suicide member has been arrested along with his vehicle before reaching to target in eastern Nangarhar province, the governor said in a statement on Sunday.
The statement from the governor’s house media’s office received by Pajhwok Afghan News said intelligence operatives detained Shahid, a Taliban member who planned to carry out a car bombing in Shinwari district of the province.
