SAR-I-PUL CITY (Pajhwok): Sentenced to death row by a primary court, Amir Ali Jamshid has spent 18 years in the central jail of northern Car-i-Pul province with an uncertain future.
Authorities, however, say Ali had been left with no re-appeal option against his sentence and he had been awarded death penalty by the three courts.
