KABUL on Saturday angered lawmakers.
Hotaki has been accused of corruption and illegal activities by some lawmakers who demanded the NPC head referral to the Attorney General Office.
Hotaki declined to appear before lawmakers on Monday and sent a letter in which he fixed Wednesday to come to the lower house.
