PARAKH (Pajhwok): The rural development director for central Panjsher province was killed as a result of a traffic accident in Kabul on Monday, an official said.
Mohammad Ghafoor Popalzai, the district’s administrative chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News the accident took place in the Pul-i-Babosh area on the Parwan-Kabul highway at 8am.
The vehicle carrying Mohammad Naeem Dastagir, the director, overturned due to the slippery road on its way to Panjsher from Kabul.
