KABUL (Pajhwok): The third death anniversary of Prof. Hassan Kakar commemorated on Thursday and a foundation stone of his mausoleum was laid in the Surkhakaan district of Laghman province on Thursday.
A statement from the Kakar History Foundation said the ceremony was organised at the governor’s house with assistance from the governor and other officials.
