KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Electoral Complaints Commission (IECC) says votes from 1900 new polling stations in 25 provinces will be re-counted and audited following registration of a large number of objections.
IECC deputy head Zarmina Haqjo told Pajhwok Afghan News a large number of complaints had been registered with them against the 1900 polling stations. “These are new polling stations and their votes have not been counted by the election commission,” she said.
She said the IECC had completed its investigation in most of provinces . . .
