KABUL or lower house members on Saturday asked for halt to the appointments in government until the announcement of final election results and demanded investigation of civilians casualties in the Shindand district of western Herat province.
The Wolesi Jirga also asked investigation into recent three helicopter crashes and said Amir Sattar Ghorbandi was killed by his rivals which should be probed.
