KABUL (Pajhwok): National Security Advisor (NSA) Hamdullah Mohib on Tuesday left Kabul for New Delhi to attend the Raisina Dialogue 2020.
The Dialogue is structured as a multi-stakeholder, cross-sectoral discussion, involving heads of state, prime ministers, security advisers and cabinet ministers.
In a statement, the National Security Council said international policies, multilateral and multi-sectoral issues would be discussed at the meeting.
Mohib will address the conference on peace, security, commerce and economic self-reliance and hold bilateral meetings with foreign ministers of Iran, Uzbekistan and Estonia.
The NSA would also meet high-ranking officials from different countries and organisations on the sidelines of the conference, the statement added.
The Dialogue is held annually with the participation of world.
The global conference on geopolitics and geo-economics began today, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi attending the inaugural session.
The three-day event is being attended by 12 foreign ministers, including from Russia, Iran, Australia, the Maldives, South Africa, Estonia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Latvia, Uzbekistan and the European Union (EU).
