KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Electoral Complaints Commission (IECC) on Monday said it has so far registered 6,283 appellant complaints from three electoral teams and the process would come to a close at 4:00pm today.
Zarmina Haqjo Kakar, IECC deputy spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the appellant complaints had been registered by State Builder, Stability and Partnership and Peace Islamic Justice electoral teams.
