HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Thirteen suspects have been arrested in connection with different crimes in western Herat province, an official said on Monday.
Provincial government spokesman Jilani Farhad told Pajhwok Afghan News the detainees were accused of terrorist activities, kidnappings, armed robberies, administrative corruption and arrested by intelligence operatives Special Unit.
A statement from the National Directorate of security (NDS) said the suspects were held form Herat City, the provincial capital and in some districts of the province during the past one week
