FARAH (Pajhwok): Residents of western Farah province say telecom services have been suspended in the province for the last five days and as a result, they face problems.
Afghan Wireless, Roshan, Etisalat, MTN and state-run Salam are active in Farah province.
Ameenullah, resident of Farah, told Pajhwok Afghan News that two months back, telecom firms reduced their services from 24 hours to three hours following an order from insurgents.
But the telecom firms suspended their services completely in the province five days ago, he said.
