PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): Hundreds of goods-laden trucks are stranded on the Pakistan at Torkham border, officials say.
The Afghan government has barred the vehicles without route permits from entering the landlocked country. The route permit condition was set this week by Afghan border guards.
“About a thousand Pakistani vehicles carrying different kinds of merchandise have been denied entry into Afghanistan. They don’t have route permit,” a source confided to Pajhwok Afghan News.
