Danish-led Afghan team arrives in Islamabad

KABUL at the head of a high-level delegation.

The Afghan embassy in Islamabad said Sarwar Danish would attend an international conference on the Afghan refugees living in the neighbouring country.

The two-day event, which begins in Islamabad today, is being attended by the UN sdcretary-general and representatives from different countries.

Deputy Foreign Minister Haroon Chakhansouri, Refugees and Repatriation Minister Sayed Hussain Alami Balkhi and other Afghan officials are part the team led by the vice-president.
