PESHWAR (Pajhwok): A cabinet minister gas confirmed the escape of former Tehreek-i-Taliban (TTP) spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan has escaped from the custody of security agencies.
Interior Minister Ijaz Shah told reporters in Islamabad he had read reports of the former TTP leader’s mysterious escape. "The news is true, it's true," he commented, saying the state was aware of the incident.
Asked if the state was doing anything about the matter, the minister replied: "A lot is being done. You will hear good news."
