KABUL (Pajhwok): The prices of gold have edged up while that of flour and sugar dipped during the outgoing week in the capital Kabul, market sources said Saturday.
Basir Ahmad, a jeweler in Lycee Mariam area of Kabul, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the price of one gram of Arabian gold was increased from 3,200 Afghanis to 3,300 Afghanis and the same quantity of Russian variety from 2,600afs to 2,800afs.
In food items, the prices of flour and sugar have dipped.
