KABUL Breshna Shirkat (DABS) has released a list of electricity bills defaulters who include high ranking former and incumbent government officials and businessmen with a seven-day ultimatum.
The list includes names of 25 big defaulters from Balkh, Nangarhar, Kabul, Herat and Kandahar provinces. These people owe 43 million afghanis to the power utility.
It is worth mentioning that most individuals in the list are businessmen and renowned personalities such as former Wolesi Jirga member Baidar Zazai . . .
