SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): Eleven years old Safiullah in northern Jawzjan province is addicted to heroin after consuming opium for months, but now he wants to get rid of the habit and seeks government’s help to rehabilitate himself.
Approximately 30,000 persons, including children, are addicted to different types of drugs in Jawzjan province.
Safiullah, though not in good health, was taking heroin with much eagerness when approached by Pajhwok reporter.
