TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): Twenty-nine prisoners have been mistakenly released from jail in central Uruzgan province and police are now trying to arrest them back, sources said on Monday.
The prisoners, including three children and a woman, were released during a special ceremony for prevention of coronavirus, but one hour after the ceremony, it was realized that the presidential decree was not formal and had not been approved as yet.
A source said the presidential decree was about assessing the health condition of prisoners due to the coronavirus . . .
