KABUL (Pajhwok): Security forces have recovered an explosive-laden vehicle in western Herat province, a statement said on Monday.
“Security forces recovered a vehicle with four tonnes of explosive during operation in the Gangak locality of Ghoryan district,” a statement from the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said.
The recovered substance is ammonium nitrate which the Taliban used in making mines and launching attacks.
