Remains of Indian killed in Kabul arrive in Delhi

KABUL (Pajhwok):  The mortal remains of Shri Tian Singh, an Indian citizen who was among those killed in a gun attack on the Gurdwara in Kabul, arrived in New Delhi on Monday.

At least 25 people were killed in the attack carried out by an Islamic State or Daesh recruit.

Singh was a resident of Delhi and a prominent social worker. A member of the Afghan Sikh Community, Singh was on visit to Kabul to help the Sikhs in distress. His mortal remains repatriated by the government of India.

His final rites and cremation will be held today in New Delhi i.e. Monday, 30th March 2020 at 1630 Hrs at Cremation Ground , Lodhi Road , New Delhi.
