Private hospital doctor in Kabul dies of coronavirus

KABUL ministry said on Monday.

Samples from 20 other doctors at the medical facility had been collected, said Wahidullah Mayar, spokesperson for the ministry. They are being tested to confirm whether or not they were infected.

At least 30 new coronavirus cases were detected across Afghanistan in the past 24 hours. Most of the positive cases have been detected in western Herat province, according to Mayar.
