MAIDAN SHAHR (Pajhwok): Taliban’s shadowy governor for central Maidan Wardak was among eight others injured in an airstrike that killed another four insurgents, the provincial government said Thursday.
The airstrike was carried out on Thursday afternoon in Pathankhel village of Syedabad district, the governor’s house media office said in a statement.
The statement said the injured Taliban included their designated governor for Maidan Wardak province Mullah Wali Jan aka Hamza.
