KABUL (Pajhwok): Brig. Gen. Khalil Andarabi has been appointed as police chief of southern Ghazni province despite an under investigation case against him in the Attorney General Office, Pajhwok Afghan News learned on Monday.
Earlier, Andarabi was sentenced to three years in jail by the anti-corruption court over misuse of authority during his service as police chief of Maidan Wardak province.
