KABUL (Pajhwok): Over 50 percent of Afghans with coronavirus are youth while 33 percent of fatalities are elderly people, Pajhwok Afghan News has reliably learnt.
The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) says around 1,000 people have been affected by the virus, which has killed 33 individuals in the country so far.
As many as 131 Afghans have recovered from the pandemic. More than 50 percent of coronavirus patients in the country are youth.
