KABUL to discuss the release of prisoners on both sides, a statement from National Security Council (NSC) said on Saturday.
Javed Faisal, spokesman for NSC, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the Taliban team would hold talks with Afghan government delegation on prisoners’ exchange.
Suhail Shaheen, Taliban’s political office spokesman, in a tweet confirmed that a five-member delegation of the group had arrived in Kabul in order to hold talks on prisoners’ release.
