KABUL to the Afghan authorities, an official said Tuesday.
Tariq Aryan, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the five individuals had allegedly murdered four men in Herat, Kapisa and Logar provinces before fleeing to neighboring Iran.
According to him, Iran Interpol police arrested and handed the accused over to Afghan officials after requested so.
