KABUL (Pajhwok): Veteran Afghan cinema actor Hashmatullah Fanaei died from the Covid-19 infection at the age of 72 in capital Kabul.
Masood Fanaei, son of Hashmatullah Fanaei, wrote on his Facebook page that his father lost battle against the Covid-19 and died at the age of 72. He said his father also suffered from diabetics for few years.
Fanaei worked for more than five decades in the Afghanistan. He starred in several Afghan movies.
