KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan government is ready for peace talks and demanded ceasefire and practical steps for the launch of intra-Afghan talks, an official said on Thursday.
Presidential Spokesperson Sediq Sediqi told reporters here that Afghan government delegation for peace talks was fully prepared.
Referring to the place and date of upcoming intra-Afghan talks, he said discussion in this regard had been made among Afghans and would be coordinated in the coming days.
