In the past 24 horus, 893 suspected coronavirus cases had been tested in different laboratories out of which 346 were positive.
Of the fresh positive coronavirus cases 231 were in Kabul, 25 in Kandahar, 25 in Paktia, 19 in Bamyan, 13 in Nimroz, nien in Helmand, six in Kunduz, six in Uruzgan, five in Takhar, four in Zabul, two in Nuristan and one in Nangarhar province, the statement said.
Over 300 patients have recovered in the past 24 hours taking the number of total recovered persons to 6,902, while two people have died that take the total number of dead persons to 546.
