KABUL (Pajhwok): US Special Representative Zalmay Khalilzad has held discussions with Qatar Investment Authority and Qatar Fund officials on Afghan projects and investment.
In a series of tweets, the diplomat said: “CEO of US Development Finance Cooperation Adam Boehler and I have concluded a meeting in Doha with QIA and Qatar found.”
