SHARANA (Pajhwok): Bullet-ridden bodies of six members of a family were found inside their home in southeastern Paktika province on Wednesday.
Provincial Civilian Hospital Director Dr. Chinar Sediqi confirmed receiving six bodies from Karkhel area of Sharana, the provincial capital. He said the slain people included a girl and all had been shot to death.
A surviving member of the family told Pajhwok that unknown gunmen entered their home late Tuesday night and killed six members of his family.
